Cross Country Skiing

Cross Country Skiing

Are you looking for well groomed cross country tracks, or making your own tracks in pristine forest and mountain terrain?

In Fjord Norway you can get all of this, and at many places you can even get the view to the most beautiful fjords, lakes and glaciers of Norway. The best cross country arenas have hosted international events such as the world junior ski championships, and due to the strong skiing culture in Norway you will find slopes in almost every corner of Fjord Norway. And another thing: The season is long. Spring is often considered the best season for ski touring and cross country. In the summer ski resorts you can ski all summer, and on the glaciers and high mountain passes such as Sognefjellet you may find nice conditions until late june!
