The Gladmat festival in Stavanger (or Happy Food - Gladmat) is Scandinavia's largest food festival.
It brings together professionals and amateurs who are interested in
food. You meet the best farmers and other producers of fresh food
products, the best chefs and above all; it is a great meeting place for
all who enjoy good dining. The festival serves as a meeting point and a
resource centre for food processing development in the region and is a
great party for the entire four days.
