Ava Everland aims to create genuine and atmospheric moments through music and storytelling, for—and often together with—the audience. The programme features a selection of well-known songs, perhaps a few hidden gems, along with small anecdotes and fun facts shared between pieces. The goal is a relaxed atmosphere, a sense of calm, and the gentle arrival of springtime joy.
Kjersti Krogedal performs and releases music under the artist name Ava Everland. She is a female vocalist in the band “The Future – A Tribute to Leonard Cohen,” which has played to sold-out venues across the region and internationally in recent years. She is also part of “Forfatteren & Sangerinnen” and “ORKU – Arbeidshverdag med energi.”
She conducts “Gledeskoret,” inspired by NRK’s series “Demenskoret,” and works as a vocal coach on “The Voice” courses for singers at Showakademiet.
Ava Everland has a passion for music both as entertainment and as a force for cultural development and wellbeing.
