Ålesund Pride 2026

Ålesund Pride 2026 invites you to a vibrant and inclusive celebration of diversity, love and community from 25 to 31 May. Throughout the week, the city comes alive with events and meeting places highlighting both joy, visibility and important social topics.

One of the main highlights is the Pride parade on Saturday 30 May, where individuals, organisations and businesses march together through the city centre to celebrate the right to be who you are.

During the day, you can visit the Pride Square, located by Quality Hotel Waterfront in 2026. Here you will find a lively stage programme with speeches, performances and DJs, along with activities and stands – a social hub in the heart of the city.

In the evenings, the celebration continues with concerts, cultural events and parties, including the popular Rainbow Night.

Ålesund Pride is more than a celebration – it is an important statement of community, respect and the freedom to love who you want, showing that Ålesund is a city for everyone.
