Lina Hantveit is a psychologist and one of the authors of the book «Søvnskolen – 6 uker til god søvn».

In the lecture “Alltid på”, Lina Hantveit talks about why our brains struggle to find the off switch – and what we can do about it. Drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and clinical experience, the participants will receive practical, effective advice for better sleep, and perhaps a few aha moments along the way.
