The last Saturday before Christmas, your shoulders may be a little tight; a little too much to think about – everything you should have done. But remember that you can do what you can. Put down your shopping bags, lower your shoulders and exhale when Anita Valderhaug and Parken Kulturhus invite you to find Christmas serenity with exquisite music.

Anita Valderhaug is bringing her cream of the crop to Parken Kulturhus this evening. The concert will be of the shoulder-lowering kind, and with her she will have Bjørnar Myhr at the piano. He will arrange the music for the velvet ensemble; Jo Fougner Skaansar on double bass, Liv Hilde Klokk-Bryht on violin and Torun Sæter Stavseng on cello! Liv Hilde and Torun are two of Ålesund's great musical prides who, among other things, play together in the Chamber Orchestra.

Anita Valderhaug has worked and played a lot in recent years, not least with her project where she sings fado with her own lyrics in dialect. She is currently with the Oslo band Folk og Røvere, the pop band Nansy is making music again.

Last Christmas she ended the concert year at Parken Kulturhus with rave reviews. Fortunately, they will be back this Christmas too! "Lat atte augene", and flow along in a Christmassy concert with Anita, Bjørnar, Liv Hilde, Jo and Torun.
