There is no registration fee – we just want you to make a contribution to this important cause, so that together we can support the Hospital Clowns.

The event is for children. Please note that children must know how to swim, be comfortable in the water and the minimum age is 5 years. Children under 9 years must be accompanied by an adult. For kayaking, the adult will count as one person.

Remember to bring proper clothing - wool underwear, gloves, hats and towels.

No prior knowledge or experience is needed here, everyone aged 5-18 can participate. Adults can join, but preferably only 1 adult per family (when there are children 5-9 years old).

The outdoor guide will provide all the equipment (wet/dry suit, life jacket, shoes), but feel free to bring a change of clothes, swimsuit and towel if you want to have extra fun in the water! Everyone will have the opportunity to jump in the water at the end of the trip and test our suits.

Bring:
Wind and waterproof jacket for better warmth and comfort
Warm wool/fleece sweater
Hat and gloves are nice to wear on cold days
Shade, sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended if it is sunny
Don't forget a towel and dry change of clothes for after the trip
