Two of Norway's most beloved performers, Bjørn Eidsvåg and Bjarte Tjøstheim, are joining forces for a truly special tour. Blending warmth, wit and outstanding musicianship, they invite audiences to an evening filled with laughter, reflection and moments of genuine connection.
Eidsvåg and Tjøstheim have known each other for years. They've shared plenty of laughs on the popular radio show Radioresepsjonen, and Bjørn also appeared in Bjarte's TV series The Priest, memorably playing a slightly tipsy version of himself.
Now they're bringing their talents together in a brand-new live show, combining humour, music and whatever wisdom they've managed to gather along the way. Expect sharp banter, playful observations and thoughtful conversations about life's bigger questions. Wondering, after all, is something they both do rather well.
Both men have roots in the Church. Both have wrestled with faith and doubt, and both know what it feels like to fall short. They're tough and tender in equal measure, and perhaps no one is judged more harshly than they judge themselves. At the same time, they're searching for grace – for someone who can accept them exactly as they are.
Audiences can look forward to an evening rich in laughter, exceptional live music and thoughtful storytelling. Eidsvåg's outstanding band will provide the musical backbone of the show, while Tjøstheim will also put his rhythmic talents to good use. Will it be uplifting? Life-changing? There's no guarantee. One thing is certain, though: it won't be dull. The show simply isn't long enough for that.
