On Friday 16 October, Peder will be returning to Annige Bar to share tips, knowledge and inspiration.
This evening will focus on cheese and flavour combinations. Peder will put together a tasting menu featuring local and European cheeses, accompanied by a selection of drinks to complement the flavours.
There will also be a blind tasting followed by a quiz.
