In December, Chefs Night moves from Brovingen to Maritim Hall for a pre-Christmas evening of food and entertainment in the city centre.
The chefs are given free rein to put together a sumptuous Christmas buffet that combines classic Christmas dishes with new flavours and creative touches. The aim is to give guests a dining experience that blends tradition with innovation.
Rune Andersen brings humour and impressions
Comedian Rune Andersen will provide the evening’s comic entertainment. He is known for his spot-on impressions and parodies of Norwegian celebrities.
One of his most popular characters is his impression of Eyvind Hellstrøm, and there may well be a chance to see this character again during the Christmas dinner.
Live music with the Haugaland Party Band
Once the Christmas buffet has been served, the evening continues with live music from the Haugaland Party Band. The band will perform well-known hits that invite guests to sing along and take to the dance floor.
