Jæren Gospel Choir was established in 2010. They rehearse on Wednesdays at Nærbø Church. The choir has 75 members, its own band and is conducted by Cecilie Fremstad. The repertoire is very broad and therefore appeals to a diverse audience.
In addition to annual traditional concerts such as summer and Christmas concerts, the choir performs frequently at events such as Christmas parties, birthdays, anniversaries, trade fairs, etc. For several years, they have held concerts in Spain and have also collaborated with major national and international artists.
