Bring your colleagues, friends or family along for a unique Christmas cooking experience, where traditional Norwegian festive dishes are given a modern twist.
During this hands-on cooking class, participants will work together in the kitchen and learn how to prepare classic Norwegian Christmas dishes, including ribbe (roast pork belly with crispy crackling), lutefisk (traditional dried fish) and delicious accompaniments. Discover new flavours and techniques that bring these time-honoured traditions to life.
Combining culinary craftsmanship, high-quality ingredients and creative touches, our chefs will share their tips and techniques for making traditional Christmas dishes both exciting and approachable, while preserving their authentic character.
Once the cooking is complete, everyone will gather in our private dining room, the Chambre Séparée, to enjoy the meal together around a beautifully set communal table. The perfect way to round off an evening filled with delicious food, good company and festive cheer.
The cooking class will be held in English.
