Christmas Market at Utstein
Klostergården once again invites visitors to a charming Christmas market at Utstein, bringing together local producers, suppliers and partners. Stalls will offer a tempting selection of local food, crafts and other lovely Christmas gifts – a great opportunity to meet the producers and enjoy some festive shopping.
Among the exhibitors this weekend are Rosenkildehaven Bageri, Gydas Jordepler, Austrått Kaffebrenneri, Omcider, Brokkestøylen, Vevart, TreTone, Klostergarden and Bondens Marked. There will also be activities and storytelling for children. The Scouts are hopefully planning to set up camp at the farm, and 4H has also been invited to take part.
The farm shop at Utstein, located in the boathouse just below Utstein Monastery, will also be open. Here, visitors can find unique products from Utstein Gard and other producers from the region, including local food and drink, handcrafted products and art.
Entry to the Christmas market is free, and visitors can also enjoy views across the beautiful cultural landscape at Utstein.
Parking: Parking is available at Mastrahallen, the public car park by the quay at Finnesand on Mosterøy, at Fjøløy Fort, as well as by the cemetery near the farm and Utstein Monastery.
