Cirkus Arnardo is back in Sandnes with a completely new international production, where classical and modern performers fill the ring to give the audience an unforgettable experience. Many have already begun to describe this spectacular circus performance as “THE SHOW OF THE YEAR IN NORWAY!”.
Cirkus Arnardo was founded by the legendary Circus King Arne Arnardo in 1949, driven by a vision to create a world-class circus in Norway. This dream lives on in 2026, and this year’s show offers generous doses of magical Arnardo atmosphere as genuine, traditional clowns, beautiful animals, and extraordinary performers enter the big top to entertain and spread joy.
Among the highlights is the graceful aerial acrobat Chiara Boldini, performing with a flying chandelier adorned with 3,000 sparkling crystal prisms!
Recently, Cirkus Arnardo was named Company of the Year in its home municipality of Lillesand. At the start of the year, circus director Are Arnardo also had the honour of serving on the jury at the international circus festival in Monte Carlo, where Princess Stéphanie of Monaco is president.
Cirkus Arnardo is also the first and only Norwegian circus to receive the prestigious European quality certification “Big Top Label”, often considered the circus world’s equivalent of the Michelin guide.
