Zum Hauptinhalt

Originally from Canada, Skyler Milner is the Head Chef at Mirabelle. For this special cooking class, he invites you to discover the flavours, traditions and memories of his homeland.

During the class, you'll learn how to prepare a complete, traditional Canadian Thanksgiving feast, with a focus on cooking techniques, balanced flavours and the little details that make all the difference.

Get hands-on experience preparing juicy roast turkey, perfectly seasoned stuffing, cranberry sauce, classic turkey gravy, creamy mashed potatoes and a selection of delicious side dishes.

Skyler will share his favourite tips, techniques and personal experiences, showing you how to master both the turkey and its accompaniments. Whether you're preparing Thanksgiving dinner for the first time or looking to perfect your favourite recipes, this class offers plenty of inspiration.

Once the cooking is complete, we'll gather around a communal table in our private dining room, the Chambre Séparée, to enjoy the meal together – just as Thanksgiving should be: warm, welcoming and all about sharing good food and great company.

The cooking class will be held in English.
