This year marks the 25th anniversary of Kulturhuset. To showcase the municipality’s musical diversity, a series of foyer concerts is presented with a special anniversary price of 25 NOK per ticket. This season introduces new voices from the professional cultural scene.
Lone Ediassen delivers soulful performances that bring a unique touch to classic songs and her own compositions. Her style blends soul/blues-based indie pop, simply arranged with Lone alone at the piano.
Both Lone and her music are experienced as gentle, powerful, vulnerable, and quiet. She explains: “I basically sit alone at the piano to sort out my own thoughts, but that others want to listen is a wonderful bonus and makes me happy.”
Lone is 22 years old and pursuing a master’s in Product Design at OsloMet. She performs at weddings and other events and regularly plays at Drivhuset på Bærheim, where she also works as a server.
The concert features familiar songs from Spotify as well as new cover versions.
