Singer and songwriter Kari Grethe Hjorthaug Gallaher and Marit Hjorthaug Andersen have previously performed and released music as Preacherman's Daughter.
At this foyer concert, the sisters will perform new material, accompanied by Ståle Strømsvold (guitar), Svein Refvem (bass) and Fredrik Skår (piano).
About Kari Grethe Hjorthaug Gallaher and Marit Hjorthaug Andersen
Kari Grethe and Marit have previously released music and performed at various venues as Preacherman's Daughter and as the duo Søster, with three releases to their name.
They released Frame This Moment in 2001, recorded with Per Ravnås at NRK's sound studio, to positive reviews. This was followed by Faded EP in 2002, produced by Thomas Dybdahl and Øyvind Jacobsen.
Their third album, Søster, was recorded with Gunnar Tønnesen in Klepp as well as with another sister duo, Garness, and was released in 2023.
