Welcome to the most beautiful experience of the summer at historic Giske!

Premiere Thursday, June 18th at 6 pm, with performances Saturday, June 21st at 4 pm and Sunday, June 22nd at 1 pm and 5 pm. History evening in Giske church on Friday.

Join us back to the year 1030 – to the drama surrounding the battle of Stiklestad. Here you will meet strong and moving destinies from Giske, where love, power and loyalty put the powerful Giske family to the test. We also meet Tora Torbergsdotter, the woman who became queen of Norway and ancestor of the royal family in a fantastic open-air theater that brings life to life at Giske about 1,000 years ago.
