Join Glesværløpet!
Competitive and leisure class with route puzzle.
A lovely circular route starting and ending at Gamleskulen at the start of Goltavegen (Please note! Same route, but does not start and end at Glesvær kafe this year!)
5 km on asphalt, gravel road and trail. Participant prizes and prize draw.
Entry fee Competitive class:
Adult NOK 200
Youth NOK 100 (up to and including 15 years)
Entry fee Leisure class:
Adult NOK 70
Children NOK 50 (up to and including 15 years)
From 11:00 Collection of race numbers at Bakke's boathouse by Glesvær kafe:
12:00 START: Leisure class (feel free to start a little earlier if you need extra time)
12:45 START: Competitive class Youth (up to and including 15 years)
13:00 START: Competitive class Adults
Glesværløpet is a collaboration between Glesnes ungdoms- og idrettslag, Handelstaden Glesvær and DNT Øygarden.
The race is sponsored by Glesvær rorbu, Glesvær kafè, Sotra fiskeindustri and Bogen fiskeri AS.
Parking spaces to the left of Gamleskulen and in Porsvikavegen down the hill and to the right (see map).
