A musical journey through emigration
The revue offers storytelling, song and humour about the emigration from Rogaland. The music draws inspiration from country, gospel, folk and bluegrass.
Cleng Peerson and the first journey
Cleng Peerson from Tysvær organised the emigration in 1825. Torolf and Arne also share their own family stories from different waves of emigration to America.
Sluppen Restaurasjon sails again
In 1825, Restaurasjon set sail for the USA. In 2025, a replica of the boat will once again sail from Stavanger, a tribute to those who made the journey 200 years ago.
