For the very first time, Hilde Selvigvåg is going on a Christmas tour!
After several years of garden concerts around the country, she has visited villages, towns, nooks and crannies and played for people in countless beautiful places. Farms in the countryside, small oases in the city and charming gems on the edge of the sea. Along the way, she has often thought: what an atmosphere it would be to play a Christmas concert in such places!
She is now bringing this magic into the Christmas season with her tour ‘Julekarusellen’ (The Christmas Carousel).
Over the past year, life has inspired her to write her first Christmas songs. At the concert, she will sing about all the feelings of December. About expectations and joy, but also about everything that doesn't always turn out quite as one had imagined.
Through the winter darkness, she brings Christmas music to people's homes. Into barns, greenhouses and community centres where the hosts can put their own stamp on the evening. Here you will create Christmas magic together, with music, lights, mulled wine, gingerbread and a genuine homely atmosphere.
