Hege Bjerk is a musician, artist and songwriter, and a mother of three, raised in Bryne and now living in Sandnes.
In September 2025, she released the book "Mamma redder verden" – a personal, humorous and inspiring account of life with young children and the pursuit of a sustainable lifestyle in a busy everyday life. As an extension of the book, the album Our Spring Life was released – a soundtrack that brings the book’s story to life.
Through personal stories, practical tips and eye-opening reflections, Hege shows how a shift in mindset can be the key to a more sustainable life as a mother. Even the smallest everyday changes can create powerful waves of change – and real transformation begins from within.
The event is organised in connection with "Fra vugge til grav".
The event is a collaboration between Randaberg Public Library, Randaberg Women’s Public Health Association and Små Øyeblikk.
The concert lasts approximately 50 minutes, but the café will remain open longer – so feel free to plan a longer evening!
