O Holy Night – Christmas Concert with Torstein, Ailie and Irene!

Celebrate the festive season with an enchanting evening of music and fine dining at Haaheim Gaard on the island of Tysnes.

Enjoy a beautiful selection of traditional Christmas classics performed by soprano Ailie Reid, baritone Torstein Hatlevik and pianist Irene Simonsen. The beautifully decorated hotel provides a warm and festive setting for this special concert.

The concert begins at 7:00 PM, with the option to enjoy a three- or five-course dinner before or after the performance.

The evening's five-course menu:

Smoked trout tartare from Haaheim, served with mustard mayonnaise, herbs and spent grain bread

Cod with cauliflower purée, onion, capers and soy butter

Jerusalem artichoke soup with crispy chips and truffle oil

Roasted pork belly with homemade red cabbage, caramelised potato purée and pork gravy

Apple dessert served with white chocolate cream
