Big band for swinging!
On 30 January Oseana is set up with round tables and musicians in stylish Saturday attire. Join us for a full evening with Oldtimers Big Band.
Oldtimers Big Band has made it a tradition to hold big band shows right after the Christmas and New Year celebrations are over. On 30 January the band plays again in Oseana's main hall.
Vocalists Marita Moe Sandven and Fredrik Schmidt Fotland are ready with classics from Frank Sinatra, Sarah Vaughan, Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga. In addition, conductor Are Ovesen has introduced the band to several lively instrumental numbers.
Dance if you like. Sit still and listen, if that is your thing. But come and enjoy the music. There will be music all evening, with a few strategic breaks where you can catch your breath and chat with friends and acquaintances.
