On 15 October 2026, Onwards will be held at Garasjebryggeriet. This year’s theme is ‘How to be human in the age of AI’, and the conference will focus on how artificial intelligence is affecting both working life and everyday life.
Throughout the day, we will explore questions relating to how people work, learn, lead and live in an era shaped by AI.
Understanding the changes
What exactly is happening right now, and what opportunities and challenges do these developments bring?
The conference will take a closer look at what AI means for both individuals and companies, and how technological developments are changing the way work is carried out.
Building skills for the future
As technological tools become increasingly capable, expectations regarding roles, skills and people’s contributions are also changing.
Onwards 2026 explores what these developments mean for the world of work, and how new tools can be used in ways that benefit both people and businesses.
From inspiration to action
The conference is not just about technology. The programme will also feature concrete examples and tools that participants can take away with them.
The aim is to move from inspiration to action and make it easier to understand how AI can be used in practice.
