The opera company is fortunate to have secured mezzo-soprano Lilly Jørstad as Carmen, Simen Bredesen as Don José, Cleo Lee-McGowan as Micaëla, Magnus Dorholt Kjeldal as Escamillo, Elisabeth Gimmestad as Frasquita, Cecilia Lund Tomter as Mercedes, Markus Bjørlykke as Remendado, Lars Eggen as Dancaire, Espen Langvik as Morales, and Trond Gudevold as Zuniga.

In addition, the production features a large opera chorus—including, naturally, a substantial women's chorus—and, just as they did 17 years ago, a large children's chorus will shine on stage. Opera Nordfjord is thrilled to once again bring to life this magnificent opera, one of the most famous and frequently performed operas in the world.

Sjøborg Cultural Centre is organizing a bus trip to and from Ulsteinvik and has reserved excellent seats for the performance on Saturday, October 10.

Ticket price: NOK 700.
The ticket includes the bus journey (NOK 125) and admission to the performance (NOK 575).

Departure from Ulsteinvik Transport Hub is at 14:30; the opera begins at 17:00. The return journey takes place immediately after the performance concludes.

The deadline for purchasing ticket packages is September 20.
