NAFO invites participants to a practice-oriented workshop on functional analyses and the use of the ABC chart – a key tool in behavioural analytic practice.
Bjørn André Torve is a university lecturer at University of Inland Norway, a social educator, and affiliated with the research group ATFINN. He holds a master’s degree in behaviour analysis.
Christoffer Fodstad Eng is a specialist social educator with a master’s degree in behavioural science and works with professional development and training in functional analyses and the practical use of ABC charts.
Functional analyses focus on understanding why behaviour occurs. Through the use of ABC charts, antecedents, behaviour and consequences are mapped in a systematic and objective manner.
The workshop combines theory with practical training, including hands-on exercises and opportunities for feedback throughout the session.
