Any Moment
– A physical and metaphorical exploration of time, synchronisation and parallel realities.
The way the world teems with subjective perceptions of reality that exist side by side is a recurring theme in choreographer Eivind Seljeseth’s work. Any Moment is a playful, poetic and clever performance featuring nine dancers and five large stones.
Through the dynamic movements of the human body and the slow shifting of heavy stones, the work sets human time against a deeper, geological time – in a parallel reality unfolding right before your eyes!
“Any moment now, not now, but at any moment, something is going to take place, everything will fall to pieces and pieces will fall into place.”
