The Local History Society invites you to an engaging evening exploring Restauration and the historic voyage to New York – 200 years after the first organised emigration from Norway.
The film Restauration – In the Wake of the Emigrants will be screened, and the evening will also feature several presentations connected to Restauration, Crossing 200 and the bicentenary of Norwegian emigration.
Project Manager Ann Irene Sem-Henriksen, director Geir Mæland and other contributors will take part.
