Country Christmas Special with Knivblad
A brand-new Christmas tradition is born! Dust off those cowboy boots and get ready for an evening of danceable country music between Christmas and New Year.
Knivblad was founded by Kjell “Kapteinen” Øverland and his long-time musical partner Simen Sjølund. The band is now embracing what they call Rogaland country – an upbeat, feel-good style of country music guaranteed to bring a smile to your face and warm your heart.
Knivblad delivers country music with a Norwegian twist, energetic live performances and an authentic cowboy boot atmosphere!
The band's debut single, “Mr John Deere”, was released on 29 August 2025 and has been warmly received by audiences. More music is on the way, and word around the ranch is that a fully loaded country album is in the works!
