Get ready for a night of proper rock ’n’ roll! Statsmenn bring you Jæren-style rock, biting satire and ironic lyrics, while Defrosted deliver heavy hard rock packed with driving riffs and raw energy. Two bands, one night – twice the rock for your money!
Statsmenn
Statsmenn serve up sharp, ironic and playfully bewildered lyrics in their distinctive rock dialect – carrying on the tradition of Rogaland’s great rock heroes. As a trio, they combine political edge, satire and self-deprecation with a musical style that is both down-to-earth and ambitious.
The band proudly carries the torch for Rogaland rock, while drawing inspiration from both Norwegian rock history and international sounds. Their lyrics, delivered in authentic Jæren dialect, have broad appeal, and their distinctive blend of local roots and universal stories has made them a natural addition to the Norwegian rock scene.
With three albums and countless gigs under their belts, Statsmenn have established themselves as an engaging and accomplished live band. The trio format gives them a direct, energetic stage presence, and their fanbase continues to grow with every performance.
