Heatwave 2 – even hotter than last year!
On Friday 25 September at 7.30 pm, the Åkra Women’s Health Association and Karmøy Cinema invite you to an evening of women’s health, sexuality, research, knowledge and humour.
As part of Sanitetsuken, Åkra Sanitetsforening, in collaboration with Karmøy Kino, invites you to Heatwave 2 – even hotter than last year!
Taking to the stage are two powerful and high-profile speakers: sexologist Liv [surname], better known as SexLiv, and Veronica Simoné, comedian, journalist and author – known by her stage name YummyMommy.
Women’s health, sexuality and knowledge
First up is SexLiv, who will focus on important topics relating to women’s health, pain and sexuality. She presents her material in an open, engaging and knowledge-based way, and will also discuss the latest research and how we can talk to children and young people about the body, boundaries, sexuality and relationships.
After a break, the evening continues with Veronica Simoné – YummyMommy.
With her characteristic sense of humour and her direct, recognisable style, she presents a humorous show that is guaranteed to make the audience both laugh and see themselves reflected in her words.

Heatwave 2 combines serious and important topics with humour and entertainment.
Through this event, Åkra Sanitetsforening aims to contribute to greater openness, knowledge and discussion around women’s health and sexuality, whilst also offering the audience a social and entertaining evening together.
