Welcome to a unique and intimate evening at Tungenes Lighthouse with the Norwegian-American artist Rick Grove, also known as Eirik Aas Grove.
After releasing his second, critically acclaimed album Ricky in September 2025 and recently completing a full-band tour, Rick now invites you to something truly special: his very first solo tour.
Following the release of the heartfelt second album Ricky in September 2025 and a successful tour with a full band, the stage is set for a stripped-back and bare encounter.
On Ricky, Grove has written songs with his heart on his sleeve. His sound has evolved from a big, War on Drugs-inspired style to a more intimate indie expression, closer to Big Thief and Mk.Gee. Recorded live in a loft studio in Oslo, the album reflects a mature artist embracing openness and vulnerability.
Although Rick is best known for performing with his band, he now steps forward alone, armed only with his guitar. The audience will experience a dynamic set featuring material from both his debut album Reasons (2023) and Ricky (2025).
