Zimmermann julekonsert (18 år)

After a summer filled with festivals, Zimmermann is ready to turn up the Christmas spirit. This winter, he is embarking on a Christmas tour, performing in 16 cities across the country. These Christmas concerts have become a tradition for the 26-year-old artist. For the past three years, he has played to sold-out venues, with the concert growing in scale each year. In 2023, he performed solo with just his guitar. The following year, he was joined by a guitarist, and in 2025, a pianist became part of the lineup. Now, he is taking the Christmas concert on the road across the country.

"What’s so magical about touring at Christmas is getting to meet the audience up close! I love performing acoustic versions of the songs and giving the lyrics more room to breathe. Plus, everyone enjoys coming together around music during the darkest time of the year—something I’ve really noticed over the last few years. It’s going to be so much fun!" says Amund Zimmermann.

Things have moved quickly for the Sandefjord native since his 2022 debut, "Månen." That track spent 16 weeks on the NRK P1 A-list, and he has since released songs such as "Ta med deg døra," "Ole Lukkøye," and "Griper etter halmstrå." His debut album, *In medias res*, was nominated for the Spellemann Award for "Breakthrough of the Year," and in 2025, he sold over 10,000 concert tickets. He has rapidly become an audience favorite, and in August, he released "I takt med deg" together with the legendary Bjørn Eidsvåg. The duet went straight to the top of the Norwegian singles chart! With songs ranging from dreamy, sentimental ballads to catchy pop tunes, storytelling has become a key part of his artistic expression. These are songs that invite both sing-alongs and quieter, more reflective moments. It promises to be an intimate evening where Christmas music blends with his own original songs and stories. The audience will hear both Christmas favorites and what Amund calls "everyday music"—songs from his own repertoire.
