Ski touring package - Become a better skier!

Do you love ski touring and keep dreaming about the perfect powder flow? We eager to take you to our powder paradise in Romsdalen! Start the season with a ski technique course and get ready for the ski touring season. Our instructors will guide you on your way to the perfect powder carve.

This weekend suits you if you have some experience with ski touring, but want to become a better skier.

You and your friends will get two intensive days in the beautiful Romsdal mountains with focus on how to become a better skier and appreciate more every aspect of ski touring in the backcountry. One day in ski resort and one day ski touring.

Included in the course:

- Two days with focus on skiing technique in small groups. Max 6 participants per guide.

- Lift pass one day, ski touring one day

- A nice two course dinner Friday evening

- Even better three course dinner Saturday

- After Ski Snack - just enough to keep you going until dinner

- Sauna

Extra package for accommodation:

- Two nights at Hotel Aak

- Homemade breakfast

- Big Norwegian lunch pack with hot drinks on your own thermos

Not included:

Insurance, ski equipment, avalanche safety equipment, drinks at the hotel.

Need to rent skis or avalanche safety gear?

We have ski touring equipment for rental at Hotel Aak.

Ski Package = touring skis, skins, boots, poles: NOK 600,- per day

Avalanche Safety Equipment = tranciever, probe, shovel: NOK 300,- per day

Friday

16.00 Check in

18.30                   Meet the guides and brief about the weekend.

20.00                   Two course dinner.

Saturday

07.30 - 09.00       Breakfast and make your own lunch pack

09.00 - 16.00       Day 1: We practice basic technique in a ski resort.

16.00 - 19.00       Summary of the day, after ski & sauna.

19.30                   Three course dinner.

Sunday

07.30 - 09.00       Breakfast and make your own lunch pack

09.00 - 16.00       Day 2: We spend the day out in the mountain, ski touring. Trying to take what we learned yesterday, out to the backcountry.

Possible to use shower at the hotel after skiing. Safe travels!
