Disc Golf – A Sport for Everyone
Disc golf, also known as frisbee golf, combines the fun of throwing a disc with the structure of golf. The aim is to throw the disc into a metal basket in as few throws as possible, similar to getting a ball into the hole in traditional golf with as few strokes as possible.
A disc golf course typically has 9 or 18 holes and can vary in length and difficulty.
Disc golf is easy to get started with and suitable for people of all ages. All you need are a few discs, which come in different types, such as drivers, midranges and putters, designed for different types of throws. Courses are often located in scenic surroundings such as forests and parks.
Disc golf is a fun way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors and spend time with family and friends.
