Ulvesund Lighthouse is located in Ulvesundet by Hjertenes, about 10 kilometres from Måløy.
Facilities
Guests at Ulvesund Lighthouse sleep well to the sound of waves crashing and birds chirping. There are a total of four rooms/units that are rented out, with a total of 15 beds + some extra beds. There are two family rooms in the lighthouse loft and two "cabins" in the yard. The rooms are rented out as family rooms, double rooms, or single rooms as required.
In addition to accommodation in the house, it is also possible to spend the night in hammocks in the lighthouse shelter, or you can pitch a tent in the lighthouse garden.
In summer, a breakfast buffet and a made-up bed are included in the daily rate. During the winter months, other conditions apply.
Summer café
In the summer, you can enjoy good food and drink in the lighthouse café, which is also known as a creative lighthouse café. The menu includes home-cooked food. The fish soup is said to be "unbelievably good" and is a self-composed, gluten-free soup served with home-baked rolls. You can also enjoy home-made sake and jam, home-baked rolls, and freshly baked waffles, etc. The café endeavors to have gluten-free and lactose-free options.
