Tidens Minde

The room is small and intimate and can accommodate 25 people. The entrance can be found as you enter through the gallery and down the stairs under the basement door. Tidens Minde has regular opening hours in the evening throughout the year, but is also opened to groups in both daytime and evening.

A guitar is available, and often we are visited by troubadours that create unique ambiance in the small, beautiful room walled up by bricks from Alexander Kielland's brickwork at Madla. In Tidens Minde you can enjoy beer, wine, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks. We normally have 4 types of beer on tap, 2 taps with locally produced beer from Skudenes Brewery and 2 taps with beer from Norway's leading craft brewery, Lervig in Stavanger.

Tidens Minde can be rented for special events such as birthdays, corporate gatherings, celebrations with family and friends, meetings and even as board meeting room when important decisions are to be made.
