On 20–21 June 2026, you can experience the story of the Danish king’s bailiff who arrives at Kinn in 1537 to announce that the era of the Catholic Church is over. The king now owns all church property, and a new Lutheran priest is to be appointed. This is not well received by the local community on Kinn.
Actors, choirs and an orchestra – both professionals and amateurs – bring this story to life. With the open ocean, Kinn Church and Kinnaklova as the dramatic backdrop, this becomes a truly unique experience.
