Fjord cruise to majestic Lysefjord and Preikestolen (Season: all year)

A fjord cruise into beautiful Lysefjord is a must when you visit Stavanger! This three-hour cruise is packed with great experiences for adventurers of all ages. Towering Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) and the thundering Hengjanefossen waterfall are among the highlights of the tour.

Preikestolen cruise & hike (Season: May - September)

This day trip offers three great adventures in one. First, Rødne’s new electric boat takes you on a fjord cruise from Stavanger deep into beautiful Lysefjord, where you can see majestic Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) from the sea. Gliding in near silence through stunning fjord landscapes adds a unique dimension to the cruise. The hike up to the world-famous Preikestolen plateau is a fantastic experience as well. Return to Stavanger by bus through the world's longest undersea car tunnel.

Pulpit Rock fjord cruise & guided hike (winter).

Experience Pulpit Rock in spectacular winter scenery! This day trip starts in Stavanger, and continues with a fjord cruise into the beautiful Lysefjord on Rødne’s electric boat. From the boat you can see the majestic Pulpit Rock towering 600 metres above the fjord.

A guide and transport await you at Forsand for the next leg of the trip. On this lovely winter hike up to Pulpit Rock, you can borrow grippers and other equipment to ensure a safe and unforgettable experience. But remember sturdy footwear, warm clothes and a packed lunch! Return to Stavanger by bus.

Day trip to the Flørli stairs (Season: May - September)

A fantastic day trip to Lysefjord and Flørli, where all 4,444 steps of its famous staircase await! The trip goes from the center of Stavanger through beautiful fjord landscapes, past towering Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) and to the former power plant village of Flørli.

Flørli is an idyllic, roadless resort that offers beautiful scenery, unique outdoor experiences, exciting hydroelectric power history and a cozy café. Flørli is best known for having the world’s longest wooden staircase, with 4,444 steps in all. The top of the stairs is 750 meters above sea level.
