Melkevollsbreen Glacier
"The contrasts are perhaps the most fascinating with the Jostedalsbreen glacier, which I experienced from the helicopter ride. From lush countryside and bright blue fjords to snow-covered mountain peaks over 2,000 meters up on the glacier plateau. The tallest mountain near the glacier is Lodalskåpa 2083 meters above sea level. Jostedalsbreen is a temperate glacier, a glacier which water flows under and the glacier is at the melting point. Since it is temperate, it erodes on the substrate and can move ". Fred Syversen
