SILK 2024: Celebrating 15 years with a star-studded programme
Skudeneshavn International Festival of Literature and Culture (SILK) marks its 15th anniversary with a varied programme. This year's first author line-up includes well-known names such as Jørn Lier Horst, Unni Lindell, Vigdis Hjorth and Gunnar Staalesen, while Anne B. Ragde, Henrik H. From crime fiction to social debate
Authors such as Lier Horst and Enger represent the crime genre, while Ayesha Wolasmal gives a unique insight into Afghanistan with her book ‘A thousand days with the Taliban’. Langeland and Kalvø present new works that deal with shipping in Tønsberg and the conflict between town and country, respectively.

More exciting authors await for this year's SILK, so stay tuned
SILK 2024 promises to be a highlight for reading enthusiasts of all ages, and festival director Andreas Kallestein is expecting a total of around 60 authors and artists on the programme.
