Scandic Ornen opened in May 2014 and is Bergen's newest and largest hotel with 368 spacious, bright and modern rooms.
We offer our guests to choose between standard rooms, superior rooms, superior extra, and family rooms. All rooms have a minibar, a telephone, a good workplace with power outlets and flat-screen TV, radio and movie channels.
All our standard rooms are double rooms with either twin beds or a double bed, and have bathrooms with showers and some with bathts. Our rooms have different types of beds and sleeps 1-4 people. The family rooms consists of two separate hotel rooms that are linked together with a connecting door.
The hotel is located by Bystasjonen with excellent parking facilities, 30 meters from the first shuttle stop in the city center, 100 meters from the train station and within easy access to "bybanen".
This will be one of Bergen's largest conference hotels, and is located in the cultural axis with short distance to the Grieg Hall, Bergen Kunstmuseum and Bergen's new swimming facility. All of its 16 meeting rooms are equipped with the latest in lighting, AV equipment and ventilation.
From the city's only skybar on the 13th floor your will have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and the fjord. In addition the hotel will offer large grounds in 9th floor, an exciting restaurant concept and a flexible hall. Everything is set for a unique setting for your next event.

Airport Bus: Scandic Ørnen is located a few minutes' walk from Bergen Bus Station, where the Airport bus stops.
Train: If you arrive Bergen by train, it takes about 4 minutes to walk from the train station to Scandic Ørnen.
