About

This farm, which has a farmhouse, cookinghouse, barn and wind machine, is situated on the outer reaches of Vistnes, on the lower side of Vistnesvegen road. Signposted from Randaberg.

The Jæren farmhouse built in 1875 has a log cabin construction, traditional of the area. The house has furniture and objects from various periods, donated by residents of the district. The cookinghouse was constructed from granite early in the 20th century, while the stave barn was built in 1874. Guided tours.
