The band invites audiences to a special anniversary evening, delving into the song catalogue from Lay Down Your Arms, with highlights from the follow-up album Shackles Undone (2008) and The Brigade’s Dead Mans Gold (2010).
The concert will also pay tribute to another much-loved tradition. After ten years of Christmas for Cowboys, the Stonefish Brigade crew are now taking up the baton and bringing the event back to Spor 5.
As it is, after all, the run-up to Christmas, the alternative festive universe will certainly remain part of the evening. Expect to hear tracks from the album Beyond Xmas Day (2015), including “Blue Xmas”, “Christmas in Prison” and “Jimmy the Elf”, alongside other alternative Christmas favourites.
This year’s event will place a stronger emphasis on folk and folk music than in previous years, while keeping its boots firmly planted in country and Americana.
Performing live:
- Morten Fiskå
- Jon Eirik Lunde Steinstø
- Kim Nesse
- Espen Noreger
