Welcome to Arty Party – Kunsthall Stavanger's Free Art Party for Children!
This time, we're inviting you to a day full of play, movement and creativity, inspired by the performance ENE. The creators of ENE, Mari Bø and Solveig Holthe Bygdnes, will guide visitors into ENE's unique universe with Inside Out (Vrangsiden ut).
In ENE, there are no clear boundaries between inside and outside, up and down, or front and back. Things are strange, undefined and constantly changing – and that's exactly what makes them full of possibilities. Inside Out invites you to turn familiar things on their head: wear your clothes inside out, put your shoes on your head, and explore what feels unique, different and "inside out" to you. Here, imagination is the only limit!
Enjoy a performance, disco, workshop and creative activities in a sensory experience where children become both audience members and co-creators.
Arty Party is free, requires no booking and is open to everyone. The event is particularly aimed at children aged 2–10 and their families, but children of all ages are warmly welcome.
