Bendik heads out on a release tour in winter 2027 – and on Friday 5 February she comes to USF Verftet.
After a festival summer with strong reviews and full force on stage, Bendik takes the album Hysj out on an extensive club tour. From January to March she plays in nine cities, from Alta in the north to Stavanger in the south, before the tour concludes in Stockholm.
Hysj has received a glowing reception, and Bergens Tidende described the album as «the best Bergen rock in a long time». After the concert at Bergenfest the newspaper gave six hearts and called Bendik «Bergen's finest rock musician».
At USF Verftet Silje Halstensen takes the stage with the band she has played with for over ten years. Audiences can expect songs from the fresh album, combined with favourites from the rest of the catalogue – vulnerable lyrics, hard chorus riffs and drums that invite headbanging.
Bendik is known for powerful, personal songs and intense concert experiences. «Perfekt» has become a wedding favourite, several of her songs have received high rotation on Norwegian radio, and she has among other things won the Gaffapris for best Norwegian solo artist. In addition she has been nominated for Spellemann three times and has been nominated for best live artist at P3 Gull twice.
– Finally we are going on tour again, and this time across large parts of the country! I am so looking forward to this! says Silje Halstensen.
This will be an evening for both rock hearts and feelings.
