Bergen Bubbles Over – welcome to a fair celebrating everything that sparkles, from cider and sparkling wine to refreshing alcohol-free options and more! The event takes place on 9 August at USF Verftet in Bergen.
The theme of the festival is Cider and Sparkling Drinks. The idea comes from Nordic Craft Cider Festival in Sweden, Syrlig Cider Festival in Denmark, Fest i Kjeften and Siiderifestivaali in Finland, who wanted to create a joint meeting place for international cider producers in the Nordic countries. The natural location for such a gathering is on the west coast of Norway, and Hallen at USF Verftet is the perfect venue.
The festival is organised in a fair format without vouchers. This means that guests pay an entrance ticket and can taste as many things as they like. This setup was requested by both producers and guests. The focus is on many small tastings, rather than maximising each serving.
Horeca professionals will have the opportunity to visit the festival one hour before the doors open to the public.

- Please note: Nøstegaten is closed. Pedestrian access to Verftet is via Skottegaten and Strangehagen.
- Age limit: 18 years.
- Doors open: 15:00
- Strobe lights and glycol/mineral oil-based stage smoke may be used during the event.
