Since 2019, Bjørn Tomren has released three critically acclaimed albums. In the autumn of 2021, he became a national favourite in the NRK competition Stjernekamp, described as “the coolest artist in Stjernekamp’s history.” This was followed by extensive tours with sold-out concert halls across the country. Recently, he has also made his mark as an actor in the NRK series Våre beste år. Off stage, Tomren is an adventurer with world records for “Norge på langs” journeys — by kayak, on foot, on skis and in a rowboat. He can also point to a brief career as a clown.
