The symphony orchestra of the University in Bergen (USO)), conducted by Bjørn Breistein, invites you to a concert featuring nothing but Brahms! After a long struggle (with himself), Brahms finally prevailed, and the result was the magnificent first symphony. His second piano concerto is also deeply rooted in symphonic thinking – a sort of 'symphony with obligato piano'. Torleif Torgersen is our soloist.
Welcome!
